New air route that will connect the airports of Palma de Mallorca and La Seu d’Urgell during the 2023-2024 winter’s season. The Andorran Secretary of State for Energy Transition, Transport and Mobility has a positive assessment of the new air route, providing alternatives to diversify tourist arrivals and airport activity, as well as generating new economic synergies in the Pyrenees area and unlocking the country.

The technical incidents that occurred in the Andorran Government’s electronic office between July and August affected the filing of Personal Income Tax Returns. For this reason, it will be exceptionally allowed to file the Personal Income Tax Return between 1 and 15 October 2022 without incurring any penalties.

Households in Andorra will be able to sign up for a 1Gb high-speed fibre-optic Internet connection. Until now this was reserved only for businesses, but now private users will also be able to have a 1Gb connection at home.

Air Nostrum is the airline that will operate the Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell-Madrid route

The airline Air Nostrum, Iberia’s subsidiary for regional flights, has been awarded the tender to cover the Andorra La Seu d’Urgell – Madrid route. The frequency will be 2 flights per week, Friday and Sunday. They are bringing forward the start of operations to 17 December 2021 to coincide with the start of the ski season and Christmas festivities.
