Segons la Llei 31\/2018 de desembre 2018, totes dues parts contractants tenen els mateixos drets i obligacions. Tingui en compte que l\u2019economia d\u2019Andorra es centra principalment en el turisme i el comer\u00e7, cosa que generalment t\u00e9 resultats favorables respecte a la normativa laboral. Hem esbossat una descripci\u00f3 general dels factors m\u00e9s decisius perqu\u00e8 vost\u00e8 consideri.<\/p>\n<p>Andorra s\u2019ha convertit en una destinaci\u00f3 atractiva per a la reubicaci\u00f3. A causa dels seus baixos impostos corporatius i les baixes regulacions d\u2019IVA, moltes companyies estrangeres ja han establert la seva seu al Principat. Els seus beneficis van des de tenir condicions fiscals favorables, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 beneficiar-se dels baixos costos d\u2019infraestructura i gaudir d\u2019una ubicaci\u00f3 privilegiada en el centre d\u2019Europa. No obstant aix\u00f2, mudar-se a Andorra tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3 que mereix una an\u00e0lisi en profunditat sobre les condicions de treball, normes i obligacions. Aqu\u00ed trobar\u00e0 quatre aspectes importants que ha de saber sobre la llei laboral a Andorra.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5169&#8243; img_size=&#8221;420&#215;280&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;1. Per a les jornades de treball de sis o m\u00e9s hores amb interrupcions, el per\u00edode de descans ha de ser d&#8217;almenys una hora i no remunerat. Anualment, les hores de treball han de mantenir-se per sota de 1800. En cas de treball nocturn, la remuneraci\u00f3 augmenta un 20%, si no s&#8217;ha acordat una altra cosa amb l&#8217;ocupador.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;2. Salari m\u00ednim a Andorra 2025&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]En 2025 el salari m\u00ednim \u00e9s de 1447,33 \u20ac al mes. Entre les deduccions dels empleats hi ha un pagament del 6,5% a la Seguretat Social. L\u2019empresa paga el 15,5%. Acordar altres bons, incentius o comissions amb l\u2019empresa sempre \u00e9s una possibilitat, depenent del treball.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;3. Hores extra&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Els treballadors poden acordar la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;hores extres fins a un m\u00e0xim de 12 hores setmanals, 48 hores mensuals i 426 hores anuals. Per a les hores extres en general, si no hi ha conveni d&#8217;empresa o conveni col\u00b7lectiu, s&#8217;aplica un rec\u00e0rrec m\u00ednim del 40% del salari fix per cada hora. Tingui en compte que la durada normal de la jornada laboral di\u00e0ria no ha d\u2019excedir les 12 hores.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;4. Vacances&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Nom\u00e9s hi ha quatre dies festius obligatoris a Andorra: Any Nou l\u20191 de gener, Dia de la Constituci\u00f3 d\u2019Andorra el 14 de mar\u00e7, Festa de La nostra Senyora de Meritxell el 8 de setembre i Nadal el 25 de desembre (Aquests dies no s\u2019apliquen als sectors tur\u00edstics i m\u00e8dics). Addicionalment, l&#8217;empresa \u00e9s responsable de fixar els dies festius parroquials, depenent de la seu social de l&#8217;empresa o el lloc de treball de l&#8217;empleat. En tot cas, el total anual de dies festius parroquials no pot ser inferior al nombre de dies fixats pel Com\u00fa de la parr\u00f2quia on est\u00e0 radicada l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019empleat treballa en un dia festiu obligatori, t\u00e9 dret a dos dies lliures com a compensaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019empleat t\u00e9 dret a un m\u00ednim de 30 dies naturals de vacances per any, sempre calculats en relaci\u00f3 amb les hores de treball anuals. Per acord o conveni col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;empresa, o si aix\u00ed ho han pactat ocupador i empleat, els 30 dies naturals es poden convertir a 22 dies laborables a l&#8217;any. Est\u00e0 obligat a prendre les seves vacances durant el mateix any.
